    2019 Year End Sevier County Market Statistics

    Have a look at the year end 2019 graphs below. They are really compelling. What stands out most to me is the relationship of days on market to average sales price.  As the average sales price increases, days on market shrink.  In other words, as demand increases-supply constricts, forcing prices up. This is a trend happening all over the country. Most economists predict demand will continue to outpace supply nationally, and that will likely be the case in Sevier County in 2020 as well. As such, I expect the average sales price to continue rising and days on market to decrease throughout the year with continued tight supply.
